OSEA leaders have accomplished a lot over the last year in our fights to keep our contracts and chapters strong. But it has also been stressful to navigate the challenges of the pandemic, membership recruitment, staffing shortages and other critical job-related problems.
At Leadership Summit V, we will explore ways leaders can stay motivated to support our chapters. We’ll hear from a panel of OSEA leaders, discuss the available tools and resources to build your chapter, receive statewide updates and learn about upcoming trainings from OSEA to help officers succeed in their roles.
