Leadership Summit V
OSEA leaders have accomplished a lot over the last year in our fights to keep our contracts and chapters strong. Navigating the challenges of the pandemic, membership recruitment, staffing shortages and other critical job-related problems has been stressful. Chapter officers and activists are invited to OSEA’s fifth annual Leadership Summit for an exploration of how leaders can stay motivated to support their chapters. You’ll hear from a panel of fellow union leaders, discuss available tools and resources to build your chapter, receive statewide updates and learn about upcoming trainings from OSEA to help officers succeed in their roles.
“The Leadership Summit is an important opportunity for chapter leaders from all over the state to come together to support and learn from one another,” said OSEA Executive Director Susan Miller. “Our leaders are incredibly important to our chapters and union as a whole, and the summit is designed to give you the tools you need to succeed in these often-challenging roles. We will also have a little fun!”
